Sunbeam S7

This modified S7 came to the workshop as a badly running bike which the owner wanted servicing and made to be a good runner.

Master Mechanic sprang into action, parts ordered and work commenced, oil ordered for driveshaft, gearbox, engine, bleed nipples replaced, carburettor adjusted air filter changed, right spark plugs installed, one of the plugs had no gap at all, new fuel lines and taps. A wiring job for a light that had been modified.

We thought job was complete, low compression on this 500cc engine and a beautiful sound but no, it wasnt running right, a quick conversation with the customer and we knew the carburettor needed replacing, we found a supplier online who we managed a source a brand new one. Simple installation and a lovely running motorbike and very happy customer. A2B to the rescue...
