Mutt 125cc Swinging Arm Rebuild.

This rebuild was a repair that no one locally could fix, customer had been in an accident and damaged the swinging arm bushes, they were completely seized in the bike.

No problem, for the team, removal of the back swinging arm with an acetylene torch and some gentle persuasion and some parts from Mutt dealers in Birmingham, the old bushes were removed.

Complete disassemble and then a reinstall with plenty of grease from the master grease monkey himself. 

Perfect job and completely different ride on the bike reported by the customer.
